Insurance and Billing Services
We bill Medicare Part D and most major insurance plans directly. Our team works proactively with prescribers and facilities to verify coverage, obtain prior authorizations, manage refills, and help prevent delays in therapy.
In some cases, insurance may not cover a medication or may only cover a portion of the cost. When this occurs, we will contact the responsible family member and facility staff to review options and obtain approval before proceeding.
